شروط الخدمة Terms of Service
باستخدامك صُنّاع (Sunna3)، وهي خدمة يملكها ويشغّلها محمد توفيق عيد زيد (Mohammed Tawfiq Eid Zaid) في العراق، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. By using Sunna3 (صُنّاع), owned and operated by Mohammed Tawfiq Eid Zaid in Iraq, you agree to these terms.
1. الخدمة · The service
صُنّاع منصة تنشئ فيديوهات وصوراً إعلانية بالذكاء الاصطناعي من وصف نشاطك أو صور منتجاتك، وترسلها إلى حسابات فيسبوك وإنستغرام وتيك توك التي تربطها. Sunna3 creates AI videos and ad images from your business description or product photos and sends them to the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect.
2. الأهلية والحساب · Eligibility & account
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً فأكثر أو تملك الأهلية القانونية. تدخل بحسابك في فيسبوك/إنستغرام أو تيك توك، وأنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن كل ما يجري عبره. You must be 18 or legally able to contract. You sign in with Facebook/Instagram or TikTok and are responsible for your account and activity on it.
3. الرصيد والدفع · Credits & payment
تُستهلك الخدمة بالرصيد، ويُخصم عند إنشاء كل فيديو أو صورة حتى لو قررتَ عدم نشرها. تُشحن الأرصدة وتُدفع الاشتراكات من الموقع فقط، وليس داخل تطبيقات الجوال. الأسعار بالدولار وتُحوَّل عند الدفع. الرصيد المستهلك لا يُسترد، ويُرد المبلغ فقط عند خطأ منّا أو كما يقتضي القانون. نعيد الرصيد تلقائياً إن فشل إنشاء المحتوى بسبب عطل في الخدمة. The service runs on credits, spent when each video or image is created even if you decide not to publish it. Top-ups and subscriptions are made on the website only, not inside the mobile apps. Prices are in US dollars, converted at checkout. Spent credits are not refundable; we refund only for our own error or where the law requires. Credits are returned automatically if creation fails because of a fault in the service.
4. المحتوى والملكية · Content & ownership
تحتفظ بملكية ما ترفعه وما يُنتَج لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجته وتخزينه وإرساله إلى الحسابات التي تختارها فقط. أنت تضمن أن لك حق استخدام الصور والنصوص والموسيقى والمنتجات التي تقدّمها. المحتوى مولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ونضع الإفصاح عن ذلك حيث تسمح المنصة. You keep ownership of what you upload and what is generated for you, and grant us a limited licence to process, store and send it to the accounts you choose, and nothing else. You warrant you have the right to use the photos, text, music and products you provide. Content is AI-generated and labelled as such where the platform supports it.
5. الاستخدام المقبول · Acceptable use
يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لمحتوى مخالف للقانون أو مضلّل أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين، أو لانتهاك سياسات فيسبوك وإنستغرام وتيك توك، أو لمحاولة اختراق الخدمة أو إساءة استخدام مواردها. يجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب عند المخالفة. You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, to violate Facebook, Instagram or TikTok policies, or to attack or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. المنصات الخارجية · Third-party platforms
النشر يخضع لشروط Meta وTikTok وقد يتوقف أو يتغير بقرارهما، ولا نتحكم في قبولهما للمحتوى. لا نضمن نتائج معينة من النشر (مشاهدات أو مبيعات). في تيك توك تُرسَل الفيديوهات إلى مسودات حسابك لتنشرها بنفسك. Publishing is subject to Meta's and TikTok's terms and may change or stop at their discretion; we do not control their acceptance of content. We do not guarantee results (views or sales). On TikTok, videos are sent to your drafts for you to post yourself.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية والتوافر · Disclaimers & availability
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". قد تتوقف أحياناً للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا، وقد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي، فعليك مراجعة المحتوى قبل إرساله. بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا على ما دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة. The service is provided "as is". It may be interrupted, and AI can make mistakes, so review content before it is sent. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
8. الإنهاء · Termination
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق (انظر حذف البيانات). ويجوز لنا إيقاف الخدمة أو الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط. You can delete your account any time in the app (see Data deletion). We may suspend the service or an account that breaks these terms.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيق · Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في النزاعات. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and its courts have jurisdiction.
10. التغييرات والتواصل · Changes & contact
