تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل خدمة صُنّاع (Sunna3) التي يملكها ويشغّلها محمد توفيق عيد زيد (Mohammed Tawfiq Eid Zaid) مع بياناتك، عبر الموقع https://sunna3app.com وتطبيقات الجوال. This policy explains how Sunna3 (صُنّاع), owned and operated by Mohammed Tawfiq Eid Zaid, handles your data through the website and mobile apps.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها · Data we collect
- التسجيل بالبريد الإلكتروني: عند إنشاء حساب بالبريد نحفظ اسمك واسم المستخدم وبريدك، وكلمة مرورك مشفّرة بصيغة لا يمكن عكسها (لا نستطيع قراءتها)، ونرسل إلى بريدك رمز تحقق من 6 أرقام (حتى 5 مرات في الساعة). نستخدم بريدك للتحقق من الحساب واستعادة كلمة المرور فقط، ولا نرسل إليه دعايات. Email sign-up: when you create an account by email we store your name, username and email, and your password in a one-way hashed form (we cannot read it); we email you a 6-digit verification code (up to 5 times an hour). We use your email only to verify the account and reset your password, and we send no marketing.
- الدخول عبر المنصات: عند الدخول بفيسبوك نتلقى معرّفك واسمك الظاهر (public_profile). وعند الدخول بتيك توك نتلقى معرّفك (open_id) واسمك الظاهر وصورتك الرمزية (user.info.basic). لا نرى كلمات المرور. Platform sign-in: with Facebook we receive your ID and display name; with TikTok we receive your open ID, display name and avatar. We never see your passwords.
- الحسابات المربوطة: عند ربط صفحة فيسبوك أو حساب إنستغرام أو تيك توك نخزّن رموز الوصول مشفّرة والاسم والمعرّف، لنرسل ما تطلبه فقط. Connected accounts: we store encrypted access tokens, names and IDs so we can send what you ask us to send.
- محتواك: وصف نشاطك، وملخصاً قصيراً لمجالك، وقائمة مواضيع الفيديوهات السابقة (لتجنب التكرار)، والصور التي ترفعها (منتجات أو صورتك الشخصية إن اخترتها)، والفيديوهات والصور التي تُنتَج لك. Your content: your business description, a short niche summary, past video topics (to avoid repeats), photos you upload (products, or your own photo if you choose), and the videos/images generated for you.
- الاستخدام والرصيد: سجل الرصيد والعمليات (إنشاء، شحن)، وإعدادات التوليد التلقائي. Usage & balance: credit ledger, operations and your autopilot settings.
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز لإرسال إشعارات داخل التطبيق (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Notifications: a device token to send in-app notifications.
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح في سجلات الخادم لأغراض الأمان والأداء. Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs for security and performance.
3. بيانات تيك توك تحديداً · TikTok specifically
نطلب صلاحيتين فقط: user.info.basic لعرض اسم الحساب المربوط، وvideo.upload لإرسال الفيديو الذي أنشأته إلى مسودات حسابك على تيك توك. لا نقرأ فيديوهاتك ولا متابعيك ولا رسائلك، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. لا يُنشر شيء على حسابك إلا حين تفتح المسودة وتنشرها بنفسك. تستطيع إزالة وصول التطبيق في أي وقت من إعدادات تيك توك. We request only user.info.basic (to show the connected account name) and video.upload (to send the video you created to your TikTok drafts). We do not read your videos, followers or messages, do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Nothing is posted on your account unless you open the draft and post it yourself. You can revoke access from TikTok settings at any time.
4. بيانات فيسبوك وإنستغرام · Facebook & Instagram
عند ربط صفحة أو حساب نطلب الأذونات اللازمة لعرض صفحاتك وقراءة محتوى الصفحة العام لفهم مجالك والنشر على الصفحة/الحساب بطلبك. لا نصل إلى الرسائل ولا المتابعين ولا الإعلانات. When you connect a page or account we request only the permissions needed to list your pages, read the page's public content to understand your niche, and publish to the page/account at your request. We do not access messages, followers or ads.
التعليقات (اختياري): إن فعّلتَ صندوق التعليقات نقرأ تعليقات منشورات صفحتك أو حسابك فقط (pages_read_user_content وinstagram_manage_comments) لنعرضها لك ونقترح ردوداً باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي (Anthropic Claude)، وننفّذ بطلبك أنت الرد أو الإخفاء أو الحذف (pages_manage_engagement). لا نحفظ نص التعليقات ولا أسماء أصحابها بعد إغلاق الصندوق (تُخزَّن مؤقتاً لبضع دقائق في ذاكرة الخادم)، ولا نردّ ولا نخفي ولا نحذف أي تعليق دون أن تضغط أنت. ونقرأ إحصاءات الصفحة العامة (read_insights) لعرض أداء منشوراتك لك. Comments (optional): if you turn on the comments inbox we read the comments on your own Page or account posts only to show them to you and suggest replies with AI (Anthropic Claude); we reply, hide or delete only when you press the button. We do not keep comment text or authors' names after you close the inbox (held for a few minutes in server memory), and we never reply, hide or delete on our own. We read your Page's public insights to show you how your posts perform.
5. كيف نستخدم البيانات · How we use data
لتشغيل الخدمة: إنشاء الفيديوهات والصور، وإرسالها إلى حساباتك، وجدولتها، وإدارة رصيدك، وإرسال إشعارات، وحماية الخدمة من الإساءة. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للتسويق. To run the service: create videos and images, send them to your accounts, schedule them, manage your balance, send notifications and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
6. مزوّدو الخدمة · Service providers
نستخدم مزوّدين لتنفيذ الخدمة، ولا يتلقى كل منهم إلا ما يلزم: Anthropic (Claude) لتوليد النصوص وفهم الصور من ملخص محتواك (لا تُستخدم بياناتك لتدريب النماذج)، ومزوّدو خدمات صوت ووسائط (مثل Fish Audio وPixabay وPexels، وfal عند اختيار فيديو الذكاء الاصطناعي الكامل)، وGoogle Firebase للإشعارات، وOracle Cloud لاستضافة الخادم، وWayl لمعالجة الدفع عند تفعيله، وMeta وTikTok بصفتهما المنصتين اللتين تنشر عليهما بطلبك. We use providers to run the service, each receiving only what it needs: Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and image understanding (your data is not used to train models), audio/media providers (e.g. Fish Audio, Pixabay, Pexels, and fal when full-AI video is chosen), Google Firebase for notifications, Oracle Cloud for hosting, Wayl for payment processing when enabled, and Meta and TikTok as the platforms you publish to.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف · Retention & deletion
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند فصل حساب مربوط أو حذف حسابك داخل التطبيق (الحسابات ← حذف حسابي وكل بياناتي) تُحذف نهائياً الرموز والملخصات والصور والفيديوهات والسجلات المرتبطة. وعند إزالة التطبيق من إعدادات فيسبوك نحذف حسابات فيسبوك وإنستغرام المربوطة تلقائياً. تفاصيل الخطوات في صفحة حذف البيانات. تُحذف ملفات الفيديو المؤقتة بعد إرسالها. We keep your data while your account exists. Disconnecting an account or deleting your account in the app (Accounts → Delete my account and all my data) permanently deletes tokens, summaries, photos, videos and related records. Removing the app from Facebook settings automatically deletes the linked Facebook/Instagram accounts. See Data deletion. Temporary video files are deleted after sending.
8. الأمان · Security
نستخدم HTTPS لكل الاتصالات، ونشفّر رموز الوصول عند تخزينها، ونقصر الدخول الإداري على حساب المالك برمز تحقق بالبريد. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، ونبلغك بأي خرق يمسّك كما يقتضي القانون. All connections use HTTPS, access tokens are encrypted at rest, and administrator access is limited to the owner account with an email code. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting you as the law requires.
9. الأطفال · Children
الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد. The service is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
10. حقوقك · Your rights
لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على alshammareymoha@gmail.com، ونرد خلال 30 يوماً. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to alshammareymoha@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
11. التغييرات · Changes
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه، ونُعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية. We may update this policy; the date above will change and we will notify you of material changes.
